As a key member of the Superior Restoration reconstruction team, this role is best suited for someone that displays exceptional leadership, drive for excellence and the ability to continuously market and grow the reconstruction department.  Superior Responsibilities * Recruit and coach team members, promote team building and engagement in the department.  * Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters on a regular basis with the General Manager. * Develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals that include marketing and growing the department.  * Responsible for the expense budget for the department.  * Monitor cash flow, and A/R for the overall department in conjunction with the Accounting Dept.  * Partner with the Sales Manager on reviewing sales performance and marketing plans.  * Review job reports, WIP, jobs started/flow/closure of WIP/quality control/customer complaints. * Responsible for maintaining participation in insurance carrier programs * Responsible for resolving escalated customer service matters * Professionally represent the Superior Restoration Core Values, Vision and Mission Superior Requirements  * Experience/Knowledge of running and growing a Construction Department managing 10 plus key team members * Knowledge of the restoration industry and Project Management * Knowledge and ability to read and write mitigation and reconstruction estimates * Knowledge of business development * Exceptional Customer Service and written/verbal communication skills * Coaching, Problem solving, and Situational Leadership skills * Ability to read, interpret, and manage financial statement * Ability to work in a team environment and develop staff * Ability to promote and sell our company and service Superior Technical Skills Preferred * DASH/ or Industry specific software knowledge  * Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Knowledge of our main operating systems; RMS, Xactimate and Google Software Superior Benefits We offer a wide range of competitive benefits.  Medical  Dental Vision  Life  401k match Paid Time Off Holiday Pay  Superior Compensation  $95,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary  Bonus Program Gain Share  Company Vehicle Company laptop and phone  Superior Swag  We provide employees with different types of superior wear depending on your role.
