Established concrete company looking to hire the project foreman for concrete finishing. 90% of the jobs we do are simple residential RV pads patios and sidewalks every once in a while we will get a request for colored and stamped work and or something more complex like floating steps. I’m looking for a guy who can help me maintain a good crew, help organize jobs and ensure that we are getting work done. Willing to pay the right guy great money and possiblyWork into ownership or profit sharing. I have a website that generates two through six leads a day great concrete jobs, and established relationships with builders. Finding the work is not an issue. I’m just looking for a reliable person that understands concrete add a high enough level that he can find a solution to get the job done regardless of the situation.
