The U.S. education system is in crisis. It has been failing our Black and Brown students for a long time. More Than a Test Score, will examine why their chances of success fall dramatically. What is the back story of kids, parents, teachers, and their community? What are the school and community programs, educational models, and curriculum that have shown positive tangible results for persons of color and low-economic backgrounds? Should there be a review of the standardized testing for children? What can WE do to help? Docufilm maker, Roman Sudan Montagueo, will walk you through this educational disaster zone that was further impacted by the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic which continues to contribute to more children falling through the cracks.
