SPE OKC ESG Study Group Featuring Rob Klenner with Baker Hughes
Rob Klenner is the Sr. Business Engagement and Strategy Lead at the Baker Hughes Energy Innovation Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Mr. Klenner has over 10 years of experience in R&D and innovation in the geothermal, oil & gas, and CCUS industries where he provides strategy and thought leadership in these areas across Baker Hughes. His primary goal is to secure external funding to develop new products within Baker Hughes and offer them through new and innovative commercial models working together with existing business units and customers. Mr. Klenner received a B.S. and M.S. from the Harold Hamm School of Geology at the University of North Dakota. He has also authored or co-authored 20+ Publications and filed over 12 U.S. and worldwide patents in energy development and digital solutions. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, he served in various managerial and technical roles at General Electric, Energy and Environmental Research Center at the University of North Dakota, and Calpine Corporation.
This talk will provide a deep dive on certain technologies that are enabling carbon footprint reduction and more sustainable operations.
