Let’s join together for a peaceful morning of walking meditation at the beautiful Bailey Tract. Together we will explore the concept of mindfulness, consider the various physical & mental benefits of time spent in nature, and take a mindful hike around Ani Marsh. Using our senses and various mindfulness exercises, we will connect to ourselves and the peace of the present moment.
Meet at the Bailey Tract parking lot by 8:20 am to check-in and confirm your attendance. If you do not arrive by 8:20 am, your spot may be given to someone else. This tour is limited to 10 individuals.
Duration of walk is approximately one hour and can cover as much as 0.5 miles of soft unpaved trails. This program is free, and parking is free for Bailey Tract use only.
*Main entrance located 3 miles from the refuge parking lot and 0.75 of a mile down Tarpon Bay road headed south.
Additional Details:
We suggest that you bring water, bug spray, a hat, sunscreen, & anything else you may need to ensure your protection from Florida's typical climate. Need to cancel your ticket? No problem.
