Our goal for 2021 and beyond is to be the number one wall art company online and you'll be helping us make that happen by bringing in new business by efficiently searching and closing clients. *** PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END BEFORE APPLYING*** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Summary: We are looking for a Flatbed Printer Operator with 1-2 years of experience in the E commerce business. You'll be responsible for managing printing, loading cards, and maintenance of the printing machine. Must be willing to work in a changing, and fast paced work environment. Responsibilities: -File Management: Sort through a large number of files according to the provided details (Taught in house) -Loading cards -Managing printing -Knowledge of looking for information on google, computer applications, and other platforms. Ability to navigate around as well. -Experience can be any type of ecommerce, virtual work, and/or admin. -Tech Savvy, Self Starter and Positive individual -Must be willing to learn new things and take direction well. -Creative, open minded, and fast learner -Organizing different layouts on ONYX (software used for printing) -Troubleshooting technical printer issues (Printer Maintenance) -Keep up with Printing tasks such as loading/unloading rolls, replacing ink and other parts when applicable. -Performing weekly inventory of all printer components -Collaborate clearly and openly with the team leader or teammates. -Allocating and managing time for tasks assigned. -Open to changes to keep up with clients’ requirements. Qualifications: -Minimum 1-2 years of commercial or retail printing. -Organization skills -Paying close attention to the aforementioned files that need to be sorted and upload/organize them accordingly. -Desire to grow and develop within a position or company -Attention to Detail / Open Minded -Preferably in an ecommerce setting -Out of the box / critical thinking skills. Preference -1-2 years of experience in ecommerce setting (not required) -Be flexible with their schedule (All tasks are trained in house) Please READ the following: ***All in all we are looking for someone young, driven, and motivated. An individual who is willing to put in the work and stay here long term to develop our order management team and help the company and themselves grow. There are plenty of new skills to learn that most typical jobs don’t require. Job Type: Part to Full-Time (21-35 hours) (Opportunity for Overtime as needed) Days: Open Availability preferred, apply because we're flexible Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm. Second Shift: 5:00 pm- 11:00 pm.
