Job description: PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Complete Development, Inc. (CDI), is a Civil Site Preparation/Development company established in 1983.Complete Development, Inc., currently services Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas & Polk counties. We provide the following services: Earthwork-Grading-Underground-Utilities (Water, Sewer & Storm)Building-Pads-Fire Line-And much more. WE ARE HIRING FOR ALL CREW POSITIONS Pipe Crew: -Pipe Layer -Tail man -Laborers Equipment Operator: - Dozer - Excavator Experience is a MUST in all site work. Hands-on Experience required in the following areas: Rough Grade Finish Grade Building Pads - Ponds – Swales Site Crew: Ground Crew All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
