We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy full time landscape crew leader join our awesome team. Essential Functions • Lead, supervise, and manage jobs. • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are running properly, clean and neat. • Mow grass and groundcovers as directed. • Edge and trim lawns, hedges and ground covers. • Trim low trees branches, fronds, and limbs. • Use of various equipment and hand tools for routine maintenance service. • Perform irrigation checks and repairs • Keep property free from unwanted vines and weeds. • Plant as needed or assigned by Account Manager. • Pull and remove weeds from the landscape - by the root. • Inspect and clean equipment on a daily basis. • Wash and clean vehicles inside and out every Friday. • Perform shop duties as assigned by your Supervisor and Operations Manager. • Perform other related duties as may be required or assigned. Experience: 12 months landscape maintenance experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid Hawaii Driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
