Midas Hawaii Celebrates the Grand Opening of New Gold Touch Car Wash Free Car Washes, Food, Prizes and Entertainment
Family-owned and operated, Midas Hawaii welcomes everyone to come celebrate the Grand Opening of their Gold Touch Car Wash, on Sunday, November 21. ESPN 1420 Radio will be onsite at 94-709 Farrington Highway in Waipahu from 12 - 2 p.m. with fun, free food, prize drawings, giveaways and local entertainment.
Owner Bob Pereira says, “The Gold Touch Car Wash is unique in that the top brush and wrap-around brushes are made of neoprene - what wetsuits are made of. This is the only material that touches your vehicle. The brushes also turn at about one-third the time of ordinary car-wash brushes. This means that we don’t whip your car, we massage it!”
“The Neoprene scrubbers are less abrasive and keep your vehicle scratch-free,” adds Tim Hall, General Manager. “From start to finish, the car wash takes approximately 10 minutes – and we wipe down every car.”
Prize giveaways at the Grand Opening Celebration include free car washes, and a drawing for two three-month Midas Gold Touch car wash memberships, and one six-month membership.
The Gold Touch Car Wash is a new venture created by the Pereira Family, owners of Midas Hawaii. It is located next to the Waipahu Midas shop on Farrington Highway and is open daily from 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Midas has been repairing and servicing cars in Hawaii since 1959. For more information, call
