In need of a Full-time Concrete Supervisor/Foreman to oversee concrete/masonry construction projects from preparation to completion. Concrete Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing concrete pours, rebar placement, concrete/CMU block walls, layout, concrete finishing, concrete formwork, quality control and ability to read plans. Structural background required. Commercial experience is required. Responsible to manage and coordinate all field operations for multiple concrete/masonry construction projects at once. Organize and lead crews from start to finish. Night and Weekend work may be required to meet strict deadlines. Concrete Super Qualifications: • 3 years’ experience in all aspects of Project Managing, Planning, and Construction processes • Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and leadership qualities • Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors • 62 SST is required • Drivers license is a plus
