Join us for our in-person services on December 27, 2020. Use this form to register for church on Sunday, December 6, 2020. We will have one hour services for up to 100 people at 9am, 11am, and 6pm. Before you complete this form, please read and agree to the safety guidelines outlined in this link (https://bit.ly/2TmFTib). If you are bringing children with you, please help them abide by the same guidelines while at church. When you register, use the number of tickets to indicate how many you are registering for and plan on attending with you. For example, if you are a family of five, register for 5 "tickets."
