Job description: We are looking for an experienced cleaner to oversee several of our client sites in the Newburyport area. The goal is to keep these buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle at least 20lbs Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
