1000 Words Indy invites you to explore the vibrant world of Black Films .
Starting in August we will be watching and discussing an array of Black Films . After each film we will break out into a 45 min group conversation Lead by the 1000 Words Indy Team about the films impact on the "community ".
*How we like to define "Black films"
"Black Films" are films that were either Written by , Produced by ,Directed by and/or starring a cast of people who idenify with the African Diaspora.
1000 Words Indy is commited to creating programing geared towards the enrichment of Black and Brown Artist and to further the understanding and discussions around the arts within under-resorced communities .
