Online Survey & Talk Interview Study About COVID Vaccinations

Columbia Research Unit is looking for volunteers to participate in research to understand perceptions of COVID-19 vaccines. We will use this information to develop shared-decision making materials to support knowledge of and acceptance of COVID-19 vaccines. We are looking for people who are 18 years and older, who may or may not have received a COVID-19 vaccine. You will be asked to answer a few questions on the following brief survey to find out if you meet basic study eligibility criteria. You will then continue the process to see whether you are eligible for a longer survey or a one-on-one interview. If you are interested and schedule a phone call or zoom visit, you will learn more about this study we are doing. Your decision to take part in this survey is up to you. You may stop at any time and close your browser. A risk of taking part in this survey is the potential loss of confidentiality or privacy, but we will take every effort to avoid this. Your information will be stored on a secure server, will be identified by a study ID number only, and will only be accessible by the study staff. The information will be saved indefinitely to assess study progress. Participants will be compensated $25 for completing an online survey. Participants will also be compensated $50 for being selected to be interviewed and completing the talking interview. Click on to complete our online survey.
