Power X is a Family owned business with more than 30 years in the field. We provide Commercial and Residential Pest Control services. Our Pest Control Technicians are responsible for keeping the service areas free of insects, and other pests on the Lawn, Trees and Ornamental for the residential and commercial customers utilizing the appropriate products. Pest Control Technicians work includes inspection to the lawn and ornamental and ability to mix chemicals according to the Label. We are looking for hardworking, motivated and oriented men and women to fill the role of our Pest Control Technician team. BENEFITS: - Paid Health insurance (optional) - Paid Holidays (after 3 months) - Paid Vacation (after 1 year) - Working hours Monday through Friday (NO WEEKENDS) - Job Type Full-time 40 HRS Guaranteed - WEEKLY PAY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: * if you don't have experience, we are willing to train * - Pest control & Lawn care : 1-2 years (Preferred) - Knowledge on how to measure and mix chemicals - Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) - Valid Driver's License (Required) - Work authorization: United States (Required) - Team Player: Works well as a member of a group - Customer service oriented - Excellent communications skills - Solid Problem Solving person - Being able to finish daily route - The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds - Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish) YOU WILL HAVE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG TEST. SALARY: * IF YOU DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN * - For experienced people: Starting at $15.00 / hour - For people with no experience: Starting at $13.50 / hour Salary raise negotiable after 90 days probationary period.
