Bobcat Operator Description: -Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Load land, cement or stones and other debris to dump trucks. -Grading, moving dirt, spreading rock, among other activities. -Follow the foreman instructions before taking actions. -Must perform general laborer duties as assigned. Demolition Operator Description: -Tear down and remove unsound structures, building elements, mold damaged carpeting and flooring that cannot be restored or repaired, using tools and manual labor. -Clean up jobsite debris and all hazardous material and make jobsites safe and ready for new construction work. -Perform their job duties within a collaborative work environment that can be dangerous, as jobsites may feature unsound structures. -Travel to jobsites to perform demolition work and report primarily to the site supervisor. -Control traffic by placing traffic control signs and physically directing cars away from jobsites and debris areas. -Provide assistance to heavy equipment operators, helping them place attachments on and move equipment. This also includes signaling heavy equipment operators to help them position vehicles and machinery. -Unload tools and equipment from trucks and load trash into vehicles and dumpsters to be hauled away. Skill Requirements Job requires the following motions: stretching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing, walking, standing, reaching, and squatting. Requires regular lifting of 25 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must know how to drive and operate Bobcats. Knowledge in construction works (Preferred) Must have strong built and good communication skills. Can follow direction well and easy.
