Commercial Snow Removal Hiring Skid Steer Operators & Sidewalk Snow Shovelers Location (Concord) We Have A Fleet Of Bobcat Skid Steers With Hand And Foot Controls. We offer Cash Paid At The End Of Each Storm, Join a Great Team And a Growing company in the fight against SNOW! Job Duties: • Respond promptly to calls for snow and ice events • Prepare and show up for shifts free from the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or medicines that have an effect on safe and productive equipment operation • Clear snow from customer sites from designated areas (marked on site maps) • Pile snow in designated and approved locations only • Operate snowplow equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures • Control ice accumulations at jobsites with the safe and responsible use of de-icing agents (treated salt & Sand an salt) • Hand-shovel, snow blow or hand-treat site areas as required (walkways, doorways, bulkhead, Emergency Entrances, etc.) • Be available for communication at all times during a shift and before/after shifts • Be respectful to the equipment such as banging off your boots before getting in, cleaning trash out of it after every storm. • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times • Comply with all company policies and procedures Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations Work Conditions: • Only One location for operators, As For Snow Shovelers you will be in-between two locations (only 0.9) miles apart • Extremely flexible working hours, including days, nights, weekend, and holiday work • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis Work outdoors in various conditions including extreme cold, rain, dust, noise, and wet conditions. Job Types: Part-time Pay: Starting at $16 Cash per hour for Snow Shovelers. Skid Steer operators pay will depend on experience. For Skid Steer operators a preferred minimum of 2 years is preferred.
