Need someone experienced in electrical to replace a fuse in fuse box

I am hoping to have someone do this job tomorrow either in the morning or mid-day. In my small shop in Carmichael, I plugged in a piece of equipment and the fuse blew in the fuse box. It now will not turn on (it is stuck in the middle and won't go right or left). This has caused a few outlets in my shop to stop working. I am looking for someone who is experienced in electrical work to fix this for me so my outlets work in my shop again. If possible to do something to ensure this does not happen again if I use equipment on these same outlets that would be great.
