Join us for a Sunset Yoga Flow on Santa Monica Beach! Join us every Friday @4pm for a community based vinyasa flow. The perfect place to wind down after a long day &/or to meet new people. For all ages and levels alike! New to yoga? No worries, I give plenty of modifications and guidance along the way. A few extra mats will be available but please plan on bringing your own. There will be music, good vibes & plenty of yogi-ing. I look forward to seeing you on the mat! Tickets now required, additional donations are appreciated!
