Balancing your Intentions: Afternoon Retreat
Make your intentions for the new year tangible to you with various offerings in our two and a half hour workshop to feel empowered to cultivate the year of your dreams.
This will be an intention setting workshop with journaling, breath work, various styles of yoga will be offered (all levels welcome), and finally ending the practice with a crystal bowl sound bath to wash away everything you don’t want to take with you to the new year.
Spaces are limited. Pre-registration is not required, but greatly appreciated. Walk-ins on the day of will be first come first serve.
