Description

An HSP social gathering - to learn about our trait (superpower), mingle, be supported, drink tea & have fun! Hello & Welcome! You're probably a Highly Sensitive Person &/or Empath if you found your way here! This most likely means that people confide in you often - because you're so caring and listen with a very high level of both skill & heart. You're keenly aware of things that many others are not (micro-expressions, odors, sounds, details, solutions to problems, etc.). HSPs are often referred to as orchids - exquisitely beautiful ... & requiring just the right set of conditions to grow & thrive. HSPs comprise approximately 20% of our world's population. 80% of us are introverts, & 20% are extroverts. We possess extraordinary "depth of processing" abilities & are highly empathic. Because of these superpowers, we can easily become overwhelmed, depleted & exhausted. I created these Tea Dates for the purpose of bringing a small/medium group of HSPs together in a safe environment - so we can socialize, support one another & learn/grow/thrive. Let's have some fun while doing so! Looking very much forward to meeting you at The Living Room Coffeehouse - on the lovely front patio - or inside if it's chilly! We have a cute sign (pictured above) - so you'll easily find us! You're welcome to attend any/all of my gatherings! Take good care, lovely HSPs! XO Mary Barringer; M.A. I'm Mary - The Sensitive Sherpa. I help highly sensitive people (mostly Gen Y-ish women) understand & embrace their sensitivity / decrease their stress / grow their confidence / chase their dreamy dreams! For more detailed info about high sensitivity, my work & me, please check out my website. You can join my email list & receive a fab self-care freebie! www.thesensitivesherpa.com The photo below is from our first Tea Date!!
