Parakeet/Cockatiel must be Hand Tame

I am interested in finding a hand tame parakeet or cockatiel. He or she must be friendly. I have a cage, and every thing else I will need to provide a good home. I live alone and have a canary. No other pets. I own my own home and work relatively close. Please respond with a pic some details about the bird you have and what the rehoming fee is. Thank you.
