Description

Maintenance technician will complete all maintenance requests, make readies and inspections for residential properties around Houston and surrounding areas. The technician will be responsible for all labor and oversee the purchase of material and work that is completed by out sourced contractors when third party contractors are approved by management company. Tasks will include but not be limited to: make readies, plumbing, painting and landscaping. Maintenance technician will be required to arrive at the office daily before presented with his/her assignments.
