Free dog

Some one please come and take him!! I saw the owner kick the dog out of his truck and so I pulled over took him to humane society and they wouldn't take him saying they "only have room for small dogs, you can try animal control" and that I did. Infact I drove to one and they told me "we cannot take this dog you need to tie him up and call in to have us pick them up" so I took him to my porch at my apartment and called BARC to come pick him up, after 3 days of the no body has come to get him. I call everyday and they said they are working on it but it's been days and nothing. Called the police, nothing. Called a vet, nothing. Nobody who works for the city wants to help so I'm asking the KIND citizens to help foster him or bring him to a loving home. He's really hungry I don't have the money to feed him he's had scrapes but that's about all I can do, let him out but he won't leave either. He's barked at people while out running the apartment complex but I think it's because he's scared of getting abused again because he's really nice and I see he will be loyal to someone that resuces him like I did. He's free I want nothing but a good home for him!!!!! Please share
