Bourbon & Brisket will feature small plates, cocktails and tastings from Jacksonville's top restaurants and distilleries. Bourbon & Brisket is an annual food-tasting event where the public can sample some of Jacksonville’s finest bold beverages and savory foods. This event helps raise awareness about food insecurity and provides an opportunity for attendees to support Feeding Northeast Florida’s work to provide healthy food and hope to the 1 in 7 individuals experiencing food insecurity across our service area. During its inaugural year in 2020, Bourbon & Brisket featured local BBQ and signature dishes prepared by the area’s best smoke- houses and restaurants, a bourbon tasting led by a whiskey sommelier, signature cocktails from local distilleries, craft beers from Strings, and a selection of wines. We are thrilled to bring this event back again on January 29, 2022 from 6:30 to 9:00 pm at Strings Brewery in historic Springfield.
