Looking to create an Indie band

Hello fellow patrons of the plague, I was hoping to be able to create an indie band with a unique sound. I am already in a metal band but have a great deal riffs and songs that aren't tapped into, my metal band isn't into making any other type of music so I would like to start another band in addition that focuses on non-metal pursuits. I play Guitar primarily but also play bass and drums. I am looking for those that would like to jam and create a unique sound not tied down to the conventional definition of the indie genre. I am looking for those who play any instrument, and would truly appreciate a vocalist, I am hoping to have this be a free flowing collaboration.
