Need a General Contractor for a Home Addition

I'm interested in doing an addition and a casita on a single family home in Winchester (zip: 89121). I was planning on being the owner/builder, but since it's a rental, the county requires me to get a general contractor instead. Here are the footprints: Lot size: 10454 sq ft Current structure: 1968 sq ft Proposed addition: 1080 sq ft Proposed total main structure: 3048 sq ft Proposed casita: 1242 sq ft (40% of main structure) Proposed total structures: 4290 sq ft Proposed lot coverage: 41% Additional details: - All structures are single story on concrete slab - Addition and casita roof to use trusses resting on 2x6 exterior walls with no internal load bearing walls - Simplest basic construction for renting purposes - No gas at the property, everything is electric - Heating and cooling to be done with mini splits Current progress: - I have outdated plans ready now. Updated plans coming in over the next week or so - Plot survey completed - Soils report and liquefaction analysis completed - Structural plans have not been completed If this is a project of interest to you, please reply back with approximate time table and cost of each stage. If we are a good fit, we can move forward with a more detailed bit. Please keep in mind that due to the county requirement, I can only accept bids from licensed and bonded Nevada general contractors.
