StripViewSuites.com is searching for an experienced Maintenance Worker/Handyman to join our Team. StripViewSuites is a Property Management Company servicing high end properties across the Las Vegas and Henderson Area Job Description: Maintenance Workers/ Handymen are required to perform upkeep, to keep a building and units looking ship shape and to maintain a safe environment. This could involve anything from cleaning and replacing air conditioner filters to fixing a broken tile or a light that's burned out. Building maintenance workers and handymen are also required to perform, fast paced, detail oriented inspections to figure out what issues need to be addressed and when. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for: • Diagnosing problems and repairs both small and large in areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, general upkeep, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure and appliances • Respond promptly and accurately to work order requests from tenants, as well as delegates work order to maintenance staff • Inspects Units/Condos before and after Check Ins and Check Outs • Working closely with Management and Customer Service Team to provide a stellar community for our residents • Assists Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property Job Requirements: • Carpentry, plumbing, basic maintenance and electrical skills • Own tools & transportation • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritizing skills
