This position requires some motorcycle service knowledge, but brand specific training will be given upon hiring. An ideal candidate should have a passion for the motorcycle industry, with experience in retail, service writing, and/or customer service. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, as well as dealership standards. Job Duties: Operate the Point of Sale System - Creating Work Estimates and Repair Orders Delegate Service Work to Service Technicians and Track Efficiency Customer Service Follow Up Service Scheduling Cashier Responsibilities Create and Track Warranty and Wreck Jobs to Completion, Including Payment Processing Answering the Phone Maintain a Clean Work Area and Shop Inventory Management Parts Ordering This position REQUIRES a valid driver license. A motorcycle endorsement is preferred. You must meet company insurance requirements with your driving record. This is a full-time position in Austin, Texas.
