WEYMOUTH, MA — A Scituate man was killed early Thursday morning in a Route 3 car crash in Weymouth, the Patriot Ledger reports. Massachusetts State Police said a car went off Route 3 northbound just after 2 a.m. Thursday, trapping both passengers inside. 29-year-old Michael Spinola died from injuries at the scene. The passenger, an unidentified 28-year-old man, was taken to South Shore Hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to the Patriot Ledger.
