Press release from the Cobb County Government: November 18, 2021 IN SEARCH OF... SNOW?!? Cobb DOT hit the streets on Thursday to prepare for some wintry weather...whenever it may come.  The fleet hit the streets to test out their routes during the annual Inclement Weather Exercise. Since that infamous "Snowmageddon" in 2014, Cobb County has upped its inclement weather response. Cobb DOT has added trucks, implemented a proactive brining strategy, and added salt barns in four locations across the county.
