Plans to build an 80-story supertall tower on a parking lot behind Brickell's First Miami Presbyterian Church are on hold after one member filed a complaint. The Synod of South Atlantic said not enough notice was given to church members before the vote. (The Next Miami) 3. The Standard hotel-branded condos are coming soon to Midtown Miami. The project will be built on the southwest corner of Northeast 1st Avenue and Northeast 32nd Street. Sales are expected to begin November 30th.
