Re-caulk bathroom tile in rental unit

Hi, We would like to hire someone to re-caulk the tile in our bathroom (there is yellow in between the tile from floor to ceiling and we'd like to make this look clean and new before moving new renters in). Experienced professionals only please. This job can start as early as Sunday, and hope to have it done by the end of November. Whoever takes the job should have all the tools and supplies needed.
