NORWALK, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for a teenager who has been missing from Norwalk since Thursday. Victoria Varela, 17, is described by police as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet and 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds.
