Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Los Gatos, CA The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization, and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with good judgment, great communication, and the ability to learn in-house software's and tools. You will need excellent prioritization skills. Identify and verify correct barcodes are scanned for all incoming shipments. ? Sort, assign and deliver all USPS, FedEx, UPS packages directly to end users workstations or lockers. ? Strong attention to package inflow and identifying suspicious mail/packages. ? Work in fast paced environment processing, sorting and staging packages for delivery. ? Deliver packages through our internal tracking system (including maintaining accurate notes and logs). ? Receive and direct extra-large shipments including furniture and large freight items. ? Deliver one-off office and shipping supply requests to users. ? Manage shipment pickup requests for assigned buildings. ? Prepare, package and process outbound shipments using FedEx, UPS and USPS. ? Restock and maintain copy stations throughout the office. ? Maintains a safe and clean work environment. Requirements: ? Extremely detail-oriented. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Minimum 1 years experience in a mailroom, warehouse, or Shipping & Receiving setting. ? Must be familiar with using Google Suite apps (Gmail, Google Groups, Docs, Sheets). ? Able to remember multiple building layouts and VIP desk locations. ? Valid Driver License and ability to drive a van for deliveries and pickups. ? Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
