Job Description We are seeking a Janitor for our Night shift position We are seeking a Janitor for our Night shift position (9:00 pm - 3:30 am). 6 Days a Week Monday-Saturday for 40 hrs Base pay $17.00/hour shift premium. Benefits are available. Position will be responsible for general cleaning and janitorial duties in the restrooms, break rooms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cleans, sweeps, mops restrooms, empty trash, employee break rooms and office area trash. Cleans and replenishes paper and soap products in the restrooms and Lobby areas and trash. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. General concept of cleaning principles, Safey work rules. Ability to: Use mop, broom and cleaning equipment. Understand and follow work directions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee: The ability to walk primarily on a level surface throughout the day. The ability to bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, reach above, at and below shoulder and/or waist level. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance; more than 50 pounds with assistance.
