Sweet long haired cat

Mochi is about 1 and a half years old, is up to date on his shots, and just saw the vet the other day for a check up, deworming, and flea medication. He is very sweet and doesn't meow or speak up at all, but he does do funny "gulpy" purrs especially when you rub his cheeks. He is very laid back and I think he could easily learn to get along with another cat or dog as long as they weren't overly rough with him. Mochi's only hang up is that he MUST have at least 2 litter boxes, because he refuses to pee and poop in the same box. He has to always have 2 to do his business. He doesn't seem to have any dietary restrictions and has been on Purevita Duck kibble dry. He is NOT able to be an outside cat. He doesn't have very good "cat" skills as he was raised around my roommates dog and sorta thinks he is one, I think. A small rehoming fee applies to be sure he's going to a good home.
