Animal care control and Police department is not doing anything about it. Saying there dealing with emergencies. 1145 Sunnydale Ave sf are abusers the dog is malnutrition, gets beat daily.. Save the dog please. It cries daily, and wakes my children up and the dog is being beaten in the garage or the backyard. Alot of time hes left alone in the day time
