AUSTIN, TX — The weekend has officially arrived, Austin — which means it's time to head out and enjoy what the Live Music Capital of the World has to offer. There are plenty of events happening in the Austin Metro this weekend, including holiday-themed events that will get you into the Christmas spirit a bit early. Pinkmas at Museum of Ice Cream The Museum of Ice Cream will present "Pinkmas" starting Nov. 18 and will continue through Jan. 9 at its Domain location.The magical immersive experience will feature festive drink specials at the cafe and a variety of celebratory activities. Tickets for the "Pinkmas" celebrations start at $44 and include holiday themed ice cream treats for guests to enjoy as they go through the experience. Add on the special "Pinkmas" bundle for $39 to stock up on limited edition retail items like a headband, piñata plushie, MOIC ticket pin, and a sprinkle bag. Limited tickets are available online. Give back: Any guests that bring a toy to be donated to Toys for Tots will receive a complimentary ice cream scoop at the cafe. Blue Genie Art Bazaar in Austin During the Blue Genie Art Bazaar, more than 200 artists and makers showcase their handmade wares in person and online from Nov. 19 through Dec. 24. Horror For The Holidays The 7th annual Horror for the Holidays will return to the Austin Metro with a weekend of horror fun and pictured with Evil Santa. The event will be noon to 7 p.m. Nov. 20-21 at the Travis County Expo Center, 7311 Decker Lane. Watch the spectacle of the Krampus Parade and crowning of the 2021 Krampus King, cool horror rides in the Creeepers Car Show and enjoy some "killer" performances. The whole family is welcome to attend. Creek Show at Waterloo Park in Austin Enjoy an illuminated art display with free concerts for ten days at the annual Creek Show at Waterloo Park. Creek Show will light up and open nightly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. starting Friday, Nov. 12 and will continue through Sunday, Nov. 21. The event will offer free concerts nightly at Waterloo Park's Moody Amphitheater from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. RELATED: Enjoy Free Concerts For 10 Days At Creek Show At Waterloo Park Paint It Black with The Rolling Stones at COTA The Rolling Stones are headlining at Circuit of The Americas this Saturday evening after being postponed due to COVID-19. Tickets for the bronze lawn are still available online. Have a Good Laugh at Fallout Theater For Slide In The DMs, local stand-up comedians are taking the Fallout stage to share some of the most cringe-worthy messages they've received in the age of social media. Enjoy improvised performances hosted by Austin comedian Angelina Martin and grab a drink from their full bar. Tickets are $15 online or $20 at the door. Get Grounded At Fareground The recently reopened Fareground will be hosting yoga this Sunday morning at 10 a.m. in partnership with Swift Fit Events. The class is free and mats, water, and towels will all be provided. While they do have a limited number of walk-up spots available, try making a reservation online in advance. And no need to worry about downtown parking—meter parking is free on Sundays. Shop Local in E.A.S.T. Austin While checking out weekend two of the East Austin Studio Tours, stop by The Grackle and check out Eastside Pop Up's handcrafted and vintage market this Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Prepare for the holiday season by shopping from small, locally owned businesses.
