Here are the top stories today in Austin: A Fort Worth judge ruled Thursday that Texas hospitals can't be forced to treat a COVID-19 patient in its care with ivermectin. (Austin Patch) Austin ISD is addressing a shortage of teachers in the district. During a board of trustees meeting on Nov. 18, the board said there are more job openings this year compared to last year. (KVUE.com) Austin just got a perfect score in an annual review of LGBTQ+ policies — for the 9th year in a row. The Human Rights Campaign's annual review of LGBTQ+ policies rated cities across the country.
