Gray cat needs rehomed

I have a gray cat he is 8 years old he is declawed in the front paws he goes on puppy pads he is fixed he will also use a litter box he is very well behaved the only reason I'm rehoming him is because I don't have the money to take him to a vet he needs someone who can afford to take him in and get him checked out he drinks a lot of water and he pees a lot and he cries sometimes usually when I'm in bed I don't know why I'm asking a rehoming fee of 30 dollars to make sure that he goes to a good home to someone who isn't gonna hurt him also I am unable to deliver please someone come to his rescue his name is Charlie he is the best cat ever he is very sweet also if you text me I'll take some better pics of him please someone come forward and show Charlie some love lol
