Luxury High-rise Condominium in downtown Seattle (Belltown) is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full time, permanent position. We are looking for a confident, capable, can-do attitude with good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to interact with a wide range of people and be personable and trustworthy. We are looking for someone with working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting and minor mechanical. Must be willing to perform any task that is required (i.e. janitorial, garage maintenance, interior and exterior appearance) Some of your duties will include: • Daily maintenance of common areas in and outside of the building and parking garage. • Changing light bulbs for the facility • Following maintenance P.M. schedule for the building • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment • Cleaning carpets and floors as needed or directed • Repairing or reporting items that need repair • Responding to emergencies, Basic plumbing repairs • Door and access control repairs, Garage gate repairs and maintenance • Trash, recycle and Green Waste protocol • Painting, drywall repairs Minimum two years full-time maintenance experience. High school education or equivalent. Must work independently and cooperatively as a member of a team. Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
