REDONDO BEACH, CA — More than 1,000 people lost power early Friday in Redondo Beach, Southern California Edison reports. A pole upgrade and equipment problems prompted the outages in the area, the utility reported about 9 a.m. A crew is working in the area and power is expected to be back by 4 p.m. No further details were immediately available.
