Kids Fairyland is looking for an enthusiastic self-managed employee with the ability to manage shows, performers, dance training, and logistics in a busy special events environment. The Show Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and recruiting performers for all kids’ live shows for private events ranging from Birthday Parties to Corporate Events. Must be able to anticipate show needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision and be willing to work weekends. The Show Coordinator should have a love for live performances, cosplay, and Disney shows while providing outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with performers and customers. Responsibilities - Coordinate scheduling of shows for upcoming events on the calendar. - Aggressively recruit performers for Shows. - Train new performers on basic dance routines and show activities. - Assist with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary. - Prepare materials, costumes, and all essentials needed for the shows. - Serve as liaison with performers and clients on event-related matters. - Plan, coordinate and execute live shows. - Responsible for overall client satisfaction, ensuring proper and successful execution of all shows at the events. Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading skills, and speaking. - Ability to manage multiple shows and work assignments from a variety of staff. - Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism. - Ability to accomplish shows with little supervision. - Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality. - Organization is a must. - Proficient in using Social Media & Google Calendar Salary: $14 /Hour Schedule: Full Time: Thursday to Monday Hours: 9 - 6 PM Flexibility to work additional days and hours when needed due to the peak number of events
