Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 11/19/2021 5:00 AM 11/18/21 2021-3278, Harassment via Electronic Communication: On 11/18/21 at 3:10 pm, Sheriff's Deputies received a report of harassment via electronic communication that took place in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive in Oswego Township. The incident is under investigation.  2021-3278, Harassment via Electronic Communication: 2021-3279, In-State Warrant: On 11/18/21 at 7:29 p.m., Sheriff's Deputies made contact with Mitchell Partin, a 29-year-old male from the 200 block of Burnett St. in Yorkville, who was wanted on a Kendall County body writ. Bond on the warrant was set at $500.   Partin was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
