About the Shef- I grew up in Cape Town, the oldest city in South Africa. I come from a large family, with an older sister, a twin sister, and 6 younger brothers. You could imagine how important mealtime was in our house, but aside from it being a necessity when I turned twelve years old, my mother was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease, and my parents got divorced. Growing up, all of my siblings had their specific set of responsibilities and mine was cooking. With my mother's spirit guiding me, my focus became providing delicious culinary experiences to our seniors, where I work as a Caregiver, to enjoy in their golden years.
