Refrigerator Repair Needed

Hello - I have a GE GTS18PC refrigerator that needs repair. It is operating well, in the garage, but the clean out valve needs to be cleared. There is water pooling at the bottom of the refrigerator. This should be easy as there is no water supply. I am looking to pay per completed job -- What is your cost? Thank you!
