Press release from the City of Mentor: November 18th, 2021 A 25% Senior Citizen Discount Program is now available to owner-occupied Lake County residences with limited income who receive wastewater treatment through the Lake County Department of Utilities. Eligible homeowners must be 65 or older and must meet the yearly income threshold set forth by Ohio Homestead Means Testing. All applicants will be verified with the Lake County Auditor's Office to ensure yearly requirements are met.
