James Beard Award-winning Chef Beverly Kim, owner of the Parachute Restaurant and the Wherewithall, talks about Korean cooking in Chicago and her personal journey to being a chef. She will also demo Korean Cooking during the program as well. This event is co-sponsored by CPL's Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Committee.
