Be a part of something special and unique with The Flying Lark Family Job Overview This role is responsible for taking care of ensure our building is kept pristine by providing tidy and sanitary amenities for our guests. KRAs (Key Results Areas) Maintain company culture, mission & values Communicate professionally Overall cleanliness and tidiness of the venue Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests whenever possible Uphold our culture, mission and values Listen and respond to guests inquires and direct them to a lead Maintain a clean and pristine venue Use proper with cleaning techniques as directed by the company Use property sanitary equipment and chemicals as directed by the company Attend all training classes as directed by the company Qualifications Ability to work well in a team environment Must have a people first mentality Must present themselves in a neat and professional manner Must be available to work various shifts Attention to detail Ability to follow oral and written instructions Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate effectively with others Ability to cooperate with co-workers, management, and guests PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to bend, stoop or kneel, climb, ascend and descent stairs Ability to live and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to climb a ladder up to 12” Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e. g., run, walk, jog), with or without reasonable accommodations. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience in housekeeping a plus High school diploma or GED preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
